Former Gaelic footballer, Ronan's goals are to increase fitness levels and add lean muscle mass. Decline Chest Press allows for increased Pectoral muscle fiber recruitment.
Our professional model client Maeve Madden has to stay in top shape for photo shoots. Battling ropes are an excellent full body exercise to strip excess pounds and fire your metabolism.
Bulgarian Split Squat
Long term client Aaron was obese, had double knee surgery and suffered from an immune problem - now he has dropped 20% in body fat and has become a fitness fanatic. The bulgarian split squat is an excellent exercise to bust the glutes and quads.

Barbell Lunge (frontal)
Long term client Aine never went to the gym but decided she wanted to add some lean muscle and tone-up. Here she is performing barbell front lunges, excellent exercise to isolate and strengthen the Quads, Glutes and Abs.
1 Rep Max Bench Press
'Practice what you Preach' - here I am carrying out my 1 rep max of 150kg on the benchpress.
1 Rep Max Squat
I'm currently on the strength phase of my periodised programme, this video shows me carrying out a 1 rep max 200Kg back squat.
The belt was used to increase intra-thoracic pressure. Form is not 100% but depth is good (breaking parallel) whilst maintaining a flat lower back.
Barbell Squat & Goblet Squat
Aine wants to tone her legs, bum and abs, this video shows a superset we have incorporated into her personalised programme.
One of Johnny's goals is to do a full pull-up with no help. Here is a video of how we are going to get him there using resistant bands to improve his form and increase the strength of the muscles needed to do a pull up.
